  • Pregnant women (unless under the supervision of a qualified Pranic Healer with specific precautions)
  • Heavy smokers (the energy body and chakras of a very heavy smoker are highly congested and further activation of of these chakras through meditation can cause adverse affects)
  • Heavy meat eaters (particularly pork).
  • Persons with excessive alcohol consumption or use of additive and hallucinogenic drugs.
